Privacy Policy

Stay Informed

Keep up to date with forthcoming conferences and monthly roundtable discussions by creating your free Directorship account today.

Directorship is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its Web site visitors. We welcome visitors to our site and provide the following assurances to make them feel comfortable with our practices.

What We Know About You

We do NOT automatically capture any personal information about you (including your email address) other than what you specifically provide to us on submitted forms. If you wish us to respond to your feedback, please provide your Email Address and/or phone number.

Domain Names and IP Addresses

Domain names identify the name of the domain from which you access the Internet (e.g., aol.com if you are connecting from America Online, or us.gov if from a U.S. Government domain). An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you enter the Web. Web servers identify your computer by its IP address. Our Web server recognizes visitor domain names and IP addresses, but not Email Address or other personal identifiers. We use domain names and IP addresses to measure, in aggregate, information regarding which, when and how many of our pages are accessed. From this information we can improve the content of our Web pages and make the site more useful. Again, individual visitors remain anonymous and no personal information is captured.

Who Utilizes the Data

You Provide to Us Any data you provide to us is used exclusively by Directorship. It is not sold to third parties. If you provide us with personal information, that data becomes part of our in-house secure and safe file environment. Employee access to customer information is restricted and limited to a need to know basis.

Email Privacy Policy

We have created this email privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

Why did you receive an email from us?

If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

How we protect your privacy

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

Sharing and Usage

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

How can you stop receiving email from us?

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.
